Where It Began

I'm Desiree Ertuly, and travel has always been my niche. Nice, Bordeaux, Honfleur, the hills of Sicily, Naples, Rome, Valletta, Bilbao, La Coruña, London, Lisbon, Porto, and island after island across the Caribbean — I've spent my life chasing the small moments that make a trip feel like it was made just for you.

It started somewhere I never expected. I was running my own chauffeur service, Chauffeur Kidz Express, when a nanny company asked me to put their magnetic sign on my car. Funny enough, I found myself pulled toward their world — wealthy families who needed someone they could trust with the details. That pull became UL Concierge. What started as Upscale Lifestyle Concierge slowly became Ultra Luxury Concierge, growing into what it is today.

Our Mission

We want you to exhale. That's really what this is about.

Not a checklist of luxury services, but the feeling of having someone in your corner who already knows what you need — so you don't have to ask twice, explain yourself, or manage anyone. Just ease.

Our Foundation

I hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Organizational Management (2007) — degrees earned in pursuit of one simple idea: build something that feels effortless on the outside, because someone thoughtful is handling everything underneath.
